Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. The role includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are promptly addressed to maintain momentum. The Scrum Master actively supports collaboration among team members and stakeholders, facilitating communication and transparency. Monitoring progress and providing insights through relevant metrics are also key aspects of the daily routine, all aimed at driving continuous improvement and delivering value efficiently.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Scrum Master, Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and report project metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within cross-functional teams.
• Capability to foster collaboration and build consensus among diverse groups.
