AdvaRisk in Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and work with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs. You will deliver milestones with quality while coaching teams on agile practices.

Strong JIRA and Confluence skills, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• 2+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile boards.
• Knowledge of Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Agile metrics.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Agile reporting tools is a plus.
