Job summary

Qualifications

• CSM/PSM certification preferred.

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Track and communicate team progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
• Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum practice to promote self-organization.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Insurance domain experienced is preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
