Job summary

Involead is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help development teams deliver high-quality products within planned timelines. The Scrum Master will collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to promote continuous improvement and effective Agile delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong understanding of Scrum and SDLC, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles and Agile practices.
• Help resolve impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
• Work with Product Owner to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery of metrics.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA, product, business, and stakeholders.
• Help teams identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
• Support Agile adoption and transformation across the organization.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
• Experience in Agile Transformation or coaching
• Experience working with multiple Scrum teams or large-scale programs.
