Job summary

Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. in Chennai seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Functional Project Manager to drive Agile practices within NBFC projects. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with LOS/LMS and collection management workflows.

Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential. Applicants should have 5+ years in similar roles, a CS/IT degree, and familiarity with API integrations, .NET/SQL, and change-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / IT.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master / Functional Project Manager for NBFC with knowledge of LOS / LMS / Collection management system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products on time.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience
