Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Agile delivery. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time value delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban and SAFe, plus hands-on use of Jira, Azure DevOps or Rally. You will drive continuous improvement across distributed teams and align release planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and team dynamics.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and software delivery processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud-based projects, microservices, and DevOps environments.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and overall delivery health.
• Drive Agile maturity across teams and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Prepare and present Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery dashboards to stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and escalation where required.
