Job summary

Luxoft in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key duties include monitoring velocity and burndown, removing impediments, and driving Agile maturity across cross-functional, distributed teams. Jira/Azure DevOps or Rally experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for distributed teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and team dynamics skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally or similar tools.
• Certification: CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.

• Promote Agile maturity and cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate release planning and dependency management.
• Prepare Agile metrics and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Agile delivery. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and overall delivery health.Drive Agile maturity across teams and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities.Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams.Prepare and present Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery dashboards to stakeholders.Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and escalation where required.
