The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a CSM/PSM certification, and proven success in agile project delivery within banking environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM or equivalent.
• Strong banking domain experience (Retail, Corporate, Payments or Core Banking).
• Proven experience delivering Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Act as Scrum Master where required, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience

• Strong experience in banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Payments, or Core Banking)
• Proven experience in Agile project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (optional but preferred)
• Experience with banking platforms (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, FinTech)
