Job summary

The Wellness Shop in Jaipur, Rajasthan invites a Scriptwriter / Copywriter to create high-converting social media content for reels, ads, and campaigns. You will craft copy and scripts aligned with brand guidelines, optimizing hooks, CTAs, and storytelling for performance across platforms.

Suitable candidates have 2–3 years of copywriting and scriptwriting experience, strong English, and a proven ability to adapt content for multiple formats and audiences. Hybrid role with on-site Jaipur base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Copywriting, Scriptwriting, Content Writing, Advertising, or Social Media Content.
• Strong hands-on experience in social media ad copywriting and Reels/video scriptwriting.
• Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, CTAs, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Ability to write scripts according to brand guidelines and social media content frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, UGC, and short-form video content.
• Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
• Ability to create multiple creative angles and variations for the same product/campaign.
• Strong research skills and awareness of social media trends and digital content formats.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging Reels, UGC, video ad, and social media scripts based on brand and platform guidelines.
• Develop high-converting ad copies, hooks, headlines, CTAs, captions, and promotional content for Meta and other social platforms.
• Create scripts around products, consumer pain points, benefits, trends, and marketing campaigns.
• Follow and maintain the brand's tone of voice, communication style, messaging framework, and script guidelines.
• Adapt content for different formats, audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
• Research social media trends, competitor communication, viral formats, and consumer behaviour to develop relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams to develop campaign content.
• Continuously test and improve hooks, messaging, storytelling angles, and CTAs based on content performance.

About The Role

The Wellness Shop is looking for a creative and performance-focused Scriptwriter / Copywriter who can turn product insights, consumer pain points, and brand guidelines into high-converting social media content.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in copywriting, social media ad copies, Reels scripts, hooks, and brand-led storytelling, with the ability to write content that is both engaging and conversion-focused.
