Responsibilities

• Write scripts for corporate films, brand videos, reels, YouTube content, interviews, and leadership features.
• Convert long-form content into concise, impactful scripts.
• Break scripts into visual segments with editor instructions.
• Suggest visuals: B-roll placements, on-screen text, graphics, and transitions.
• Structure content with hooks, context, insight, value, CTA.
• Collaborate with editors and marketing teams to ensure quality.
• Optimize scripts for engagement and retention across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to structure scripts and clearly indicate where graphics, B-roll, transitions, data visuals, text overlays, and animations should be added to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging scripts for corporate films, brand videos, social media reels, YouTube content, interviews, and leadership profiling videos.
• Convert long-form content into concise, impactful scripts.
• Break scripts into visual segments with clear instructions for editors.
• Suggest visual elements such as:
  • B-roll placements
  • On-screen text & lower thirds
  • Data graphics & infographics
  • Background music cues
  • Transitions and pacing
• Structure content with strong storytelling flow (Hook Context Insight Value CTA).
• Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and audience expectations.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to execute high-quality output.
• Optimize scripts for engagement and retention across digital platforms.
