Job summary

Monastic Media in India is seeking a Script Writer who can craft content that converts, not just sounds good. You will write scripts for UGC ads, direct-response videos, and short-form performance creatives, tailoring tone to different brands and audiences.

A strong portfolio is required. You will join a fast-paced creative team, meet tight deadlines, and iteratively refine briefs based on feedback to drive action.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a performance marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer psychology, and writing scripts for different stages of the buyer journey.
• Experience writing UGC ads, direct-response video ads, and short-form performance creatives.
• Must share a portfolio/work samples of previous scripts for review.
• Selected candidates will complete a test task to evaluate writing style, strategic thinking, and ability to follow briefs.
