Job summary

Custiv is seeking a dynamic Manager for the Fabrication Vertical to oversee end-to-end fabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. You will collaborate with OEMs, MNCs, EPCs, and internal teams across sales, finance, and operations.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to optimize fabrication processes, improve efficiency, and manage a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Production engineering.
• 12–15 years in manufacturing operations or related fields.
• Experience with top OEMs, MNCs, EPCs etc.
• Strong project management skills for multiple projects.
• Proficient with project management software and digital tracking tools.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, plastics, fabrication, casting, stamping, forging, and MIM processes.
• Familiarity with ISO, IATF, AS9100 and IP protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fabrication projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Oversee supply chain management, procurement processes, and nationwide supplier network.
• Identify opportunities to optimize fabrication processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Develop budgets with finance and allocate resources; monitor receivables and coordinate with clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency planning.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures for high-quality outputs.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment standards are met.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on fabrication innovations and technologies to boost productivity and quality.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic plans for Fabrication Vertical.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and mentor a fabrication team and foster continuous improvement.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager for our Fabrication Vertical. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management and execution of fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. You will be a key strategic leader, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence. People management, fostering a positive work culture, and optimizing systems and processes will be crucial aspects of your role. As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with top OEMs, MNCs, EPCs, SME and MSME manufacturing facilities, and internal teams across sales, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelors/ Masters of Engineering in Mechanical or Production
• 12 to 15 years' experience in operations of Manufacturing Industry or Similar Industries
• Experience dealing with top OEMs, MNCs, EPCs etc
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using project management software and digital tracking tools.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, plastic injection molding, fabrication, casting, stamping, forging, and metal injection molding processes.
• Familiarity with ISO, IATF, and AS9100 certification requirements and IP protection

Responsibilities:

• Project Monitoring & Execution: Lead and supervise fabrication projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Managing operations for executing projects related to Supply & and construction.
• Supply chain Management - procurement management processes, building supply chain pan India
• Systems & Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline fabrication processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Contract Negotiations: Participate in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
