🚀 We’re Hiring: Head – Operations (Fabrication & Welding)

Looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive end-to-end operations of a fabrication facility in a high-impact role.

As Head – Operations, you will own complete manufacturing performance including production, planning, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and projects. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, productivity, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Lead fabrication & weld shop operations (laser cutting, bending, robotic welding, machining)
• Drive production targets, planning, scheduling, and inventory alignment
• Ensure strong EHS compliance with a zero-harm safety culture
• Improve weld quality, first-pass yield, and reduce rework through process excellence
• Implement robust testing standards (destructive & non-destructive)
• Enhance asset utilization and equipment reliability (MTBF, MTTR, uptime)
• Drive cost optimization, material yield improvement, and energy efficiency initiatives
• Lead CAPEX projects, automation, and plant upgrades
• Strengthen manufacturing engineering: process improvements, line balancing, tooling & layout optimization
• Build high-performing teams through training and skill development, especially in welding
• Strong experience in medium to heavy fabrication & welding environments
• Expertise in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations
• Exposure to automation, robotic welding, and advanced fabrication technologies
• Proven track record in productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence
• Experience in industries like Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, Agri Equipment, or Heavy Engineering
