Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced offshore support professional to provide day‑to‑day offshore support for Workforce Software Time Management, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance within a global delivery model.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on experience with WFS Time Management, strong knowledge of timekeeping, schedules, and absence/leave management, and experience integrating Payroll/HR systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) with focus on Time Management.
• Good knowledge of timekeeping, schedules, and absence/leave management.
• Experience with integration to Payroll/HR systems (ECP/ EC - SuccessFactors).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to coordinate with onsite teams.
