Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned offshore support professional with deep expertise in Workforce Software Time Management to join our global delivery team in India.

You will provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolution within SLAs. The role requires hands-on WFS experience, strong timekeeping and payroll data integration knowledge (ECP/EC - SuccessFactors), and effective communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS) focusing on Time Management.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, schedules, and absence/leave management.
• Experience with integration to Payroll/HR systems (ECP/EC - SuccessFactors).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination with onsite teams.
