Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) focusing on Time Management.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping, schedules, and absence/leave management.
• Experience integrating WFS with Payroll/HR systems (ECP/ EC - SuccessFactors).
• Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination with onsite teams.

Responsibilities
