Job summary

GyanSys Inc. seeks an SAP VIM Specialist to support OpenText VIM, SAP FI/MM workflows, and invoice processing. You will resolve production incidents, perform RCA, and drive permanent fixes while aligning with AMS stabilization and knowledge management initiatives.

In this role you will lead training, create onboarding materials, and collaborate with ERP teams to implement shift-left improvements, AI-driven self-service, and continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) in enterprise SAP environments.
• Proven track record in production support stabilization and incident resolution.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI, MM, and invoice processing workflows.
• Experience creating operational documentation, knowledge bases, and onboarding materials.
• Experience analyzing support metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

SAP VIM Support

Act as SAP VIM SME, resolve production incidents and requests, troubleshoot invoice workflows, and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.

AMS Stabilization

Strengthen AMS support processes, improve operational maturity, close knowledge gaps, establish best practices, and mentor support teams.

Knowledge Management

Develop and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and operational documentation.

Training & Enablement

Create onboarding programs, role-based training, end-user guides, and self-service resources to improve adoption and reduce support demand.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze support trends, reduce recurring incidents, optimize processes, and implement Shift-Left strategies through documentation, automation, and self-service.

AI & Automation

Identify GenAI opportunities, develop GPT-based knowledge assistants, optimize knowledge content for AI, and enable AI-driven self-service.

Collaboration

Partner with technical leads, AMS, business stakeholders, developers, and ERP teams to drive operational excellence and long-term solutions.

Required Technical Expertise

• SAP: OpenText VIM, SAP FI/MM, invoice processing, workflow configuration, exception handling, and approval processes.
• Operations: Production support, incident & service request management, RCA, problem management, and knowledge management.
• Continuous Improvement: Process optimization, documentation & training, support model enhancement, KPI analysis, and Shift-Left strategies.
• AI & Automation: Generative AI knowledge assistants (GPT), knowledge base optimization, self-service enablement, and process automation.

Qualifications
