Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. invites an experienced SAP Testing Lead to oversee end-to-end testing for S/4HANA and SuccessFactors North rollout based on a global template.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and report SAP testing across workstreams.
• Ensure coverage for global-template processes, localization, statutory and compliance requirements for roll out, integrations, data migration, security, custom developments, and end-to-end business scenarios.
• Collaborate with Functional Leads, Integration Lead, Development team, Data Migration team, Security team, Cutover Manager, business process owners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Support testing across applicable S/4HANA and SuccessFactors processes in scope.
• Coordinate Joule base activation testing and validate accessibility, user roles, permissions, and business context.
• Coordinate test data requirements and ensure testing against approved test cases and scripts.
• Own defect management for assigned testing workstreams and coordinate defect resolution and retesting.
• Maintain test plan, test cases, requirements traceability, SIT/UAT progress, and Go-Live readiness metrics.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Testing Lead to support the end-to-end testing lifecycle for an SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors North rollout based on an established global template.

The Testing Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and reporting testing activities across assigned SAP workstreams, while ensuring adequate coverage for global-template processes, localization, statutory and compliance requirements for roll out, integrations, data migration, security, custom developments, and end-to-end business scenarios.

The Testing Lead will work closely with, Functional Leads, Integration Lead, Development team, Data Migration team, Security team, Cutover Manager, business process owners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to ensure the solution is fully validated and ready for Go-Live.

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in software/SAP testing, with a minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation and/or rollout testing experience.
