Job summary

Tritusa Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP Testing Leader to drive end-to-end testing across ECC to S/4HANA migrations and cloud deployments. You will govern data migration, interfaces, APIs, and Fiori, while shaping automation strategies and CI/CD integration.

Ideal candidates bring 14+ years IT experience with 10+ years SAP QA leadership, hands-on SAP Cloud ALM, Tosca, and Jira expertise, plus strong stakeholder communication across global teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

SAP Transformation & Technical Quality

• Manage testing across SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations, greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, upgrades and global rollouts.
• Understand SAP RISE, Private Cloud and Public Cloud deployment models and associated testing considerations.
• Govern end-to-end business process validation, interfaces, APIs, IDocs, SAP BTP integrations and Fiori applications.
• Oversee data migration assurance, including reconciliation, transformation validation, data quality and business sign-off.
• Ensure testing addresses custom developments, configuration changes, authorisations and business-critical dependencies.

Automation Change Impact Analysis & Quality Engineering

• Define risk-based automation strategies and oversee automation delivery using Tricentis Tosca and SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing.
• Apply SAP Change Impact Analysis and Tricentis LiveCompare to optimise regression scope and identify impacted business processes.
• Drive continuous testing, reusable automation frameworks, CI/CD integration and automation effectiveness.
• Evaluate AI-assisted testing capabilities for test design, optimisation, analysis and reporting, with appropriate human review.
• Oversee specialised testing activities, including performance, security, resilience and disaster recovery testing.

Test Management Tools & Quality Intelligence

• Drive effective adoption of SAP Cloud ALM, qTest, Jira and relevant test management platforms.
• Establish requirements-to-test traceability, execution governance, defect workflows and integrated reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards covering business process coverage, quality trends, defect exposure, risks and release readiness.
• Convert testing metrics into actionable quality insights and business-focused recommendations.

Stakeholder Consulting & Delivery Leadership

• Lead distributed onshore/offshore testing teams and coordinate delivery across multiple time zones.
• Engage with Program Directors, PMOs, Solution Architects, Business Process Owners and System Integrators.
• Facilitate defect triage, quality gate reviews, assurance workshops and executive governance forums.
• Support client consulting engagements, delivery estimations, proposals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Test Leads and Test Managers and contribute to reusable assets, standards and Test CoE capability development.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP Testing / QA leadership roles.
• Strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA (On-Prem & Cloud) implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Activate methodology and agile/hybrid delivery models.
• Strong experience with at least one enterprise test management platform SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis Tosca, qTest, Jira, and HP ALM.
• Strong knowledge with at least one of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors.
• Experience with data migration (Migration Cockpit), interface & API testing, IDocs.
• Exposure to SAP BTP integrations and DevOps pipelines.
• Ability to govern performance and security testing
• Client-facing communication and distributed team leadership, executive advisory, consulting and pre-sales preferred.
• Awareness of AI-assisted quality engineering, practical implementation and governance preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting capability.

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
• SAP Cloud ALM Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.
