Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Develops end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing principles and processes to define key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary : As an SAP Test Lead, responsible for defining test strategy, application architecture testing, quality assurance, and test execution across SAP S/4HANA platforms. Develops SAP test strategies using tools like Tricentis Tosca, NeoLoad, and Jira. Leads testing phases of large S/4HANA Greenfield implementations to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC greenfield implementations as SAP Test Lead.
• Define and develop SAP test strategies, approaches, and toolsets for automated and manual testing.
• Execute SIT, E2E, performance, and regression testing across SAP and end-to-end testing during the test phase.
• Leverage SAP testing tools to drive efficient test execution.
• Design and develop test suites, scripts, plans, frameworks, and data.
• Plan and execute agile test preparation and execution work plans.
• Coordinate with Data Migration team and ensure QA/Test environments are ready.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to log and resolve defects.
• Define entry and exit criteria, and provide metrics and reports on test progress.
• Support UAT test preparation and execution.
• Develop reports and metrics to visualize test outputs and highlight risks and issues.

Professional & Technical Skills :

• Expertise in testing strategy and automation in SAP environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP testing tools like Tricentis, Jira, and Solution Manager.
• Experience in test automation across SAP applications and business processes.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in time management, decision-making, and collaboration.
• Experience working with diverse onshore teams and clients.
