Job summary

Infosys Quality Engineering is seeking a senior QA and testing leader to own and advance SAP regression testing capabilities across enterprise IT programs.

The role demands deep business-process knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, T2P) and hands-on QA leadership to challenge coverage, risk, and release decisions. Responsibilities span onboarding, coaching, and cross-domain stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within enterprise IT delivery.
• 5+ years of testing leadership experience.
• Experience in leading teams of 5-20 testers.
• Experience in onboarding, coaching, and managing testing resources.
• Experience in building or scaling testing capability, test factory, or regression testing service.
• Demonstrable experience with regression test programs across multiple domains.
• Experience managing stakeholders across Business and IT.
• Experience presenting quality risks, testing status, and release readiness recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Accountability for quality recommendations and release readiness assessments.
• Experience with release management, deployment validation, and go/no-go decision processes.
• Experience across multiple enterprise business domains, ideally including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and/or HR.
• Strong end-to-end business process knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, T2P).
