Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Manager to lead global implementations, integrations, and support across multiple modules. You will drive technical delivery, architecture, data migrations, and releases while coordinating with HR and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with EC, ECP, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, and Compensation solutions, plus managing offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead or Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in at least 3+ end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
• Understanding of global HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SuccessFactors technical delivery across multiple projects.
