You will work with stakeholders to translate recruitment processes into precise system designs, manage integrations with job boards and third-party systems, and provide post-go-live support and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing solutions aligned with business hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2-3 end-to-end implementations of RCM & RMK modules
• Configure requisition templates, workflows, career sites, and onboarding integration
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate recruitment processes into system design
• Manage integrations with job boards, career portals, and third-party systems
• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting

Skills Required:
