Job summary

Consult Asia in Noida seeks a SuccessFactors RCM Specialist to implement and support SAP SF modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Employee Central. You will bring strong configuration, integration and compliance expertise to client projects.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, SF RCM/ONB/ECP certification, and proven client-facing skills with multiple end-to-end SF implementations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Onboarding/Payroll.
• Certified in SF RCM/ONB/ECP with strong payroll knowledge.
• 2+ end-to-end SF implementations and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Employee Central.
• Provide configuration, integration and compliance expertise for deployments.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
