The role involves configuring templates, workflows, career sites, and onboarding integration, along with managing integrations to job boards and external systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate recruitment processes into system designs and provide post-go-live

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK implementations.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience with career site builder and data migration.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
