Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. in India is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with deep EC expertise to lead multi-country rollouts and end-to-end implementations.

You will coordinate client stakeholders and ensure delivery across multiple projects with strong communication and governance. Required 15+ years IT experience, 4–5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, and proven ability to manage cross-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects.
• Multi-country implementation and rollout experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery ownership.
• Note: Candidates with only SuccessFactors module configuration experience and no end-to-end project management or delivery ownership will not be suitable.
