Zensar seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect in Pune to lead end-to-end solution design across EC and modules such as PMGM, Compensation, and LMS. You will own integration architecture with SAP ECC/S4HANA and cloud platforms.

You must have 5+ years in SAP SF and strong stakeholder management, data migration, and RBAC/security know-how, with hands-on implementation and architectural workshop experience.

• 7-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
• Experience with SAP CPI/HCI, Integration Center, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Knowledge of HR business processes including Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Experience in data migration and reporting tools.
• Understanding of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Ability to conduct solution workshops and architecture discussions with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and design activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Design and implement SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Compensation, Succession & Development, RCM, Onboarding, LMS.
• Define integration architecture between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Payroll, third-party apps, and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Conduct solution reviews, architecture assessments, and best practice recommendations.
• Support data migration, security, RBP, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, project managers, and development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide resolution guidance.
• Prepare architecture documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
