Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end solution design for HR transformations. The role requires deep expertise across SuccessFactors modules and strong integration capabilities with SAP ECC/S4HANA and cloud platforms.

You will gather business requirements, design scalable modules like EC, PMGM, Compensation, LMS, and oversee data migration, security, and RBP. Collaboration with HR, PM, and development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
• Experience with SAP CPI/HCI, Integration Center, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Knowledge of HR business processes including Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Experience in data migration and reporting tools.
• Understanding of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Ability to conduct solution workshops and architecture discussions with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and design activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Design and implement SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Compensation, Succession & Development, RCM, Onboarding, LMS.
• Define integration architecture between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S4HANA, Payroll, third-party applications, and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Conduct solution reviews, architecture assessments, and best practice recommendations.
• Support data migration, security, role-based permissions (RBP), and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, project managers, and development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide resolution guidance.
• Prepare architecture documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
