Secure Minds is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead end-to-end functional design, implementation and operational enablement of ECP solutions across multiple geographies and payrolls.

The role covers multi-country payroll deployments (Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, India), Payroll Control Center, EC ECP data replication, payroll reconciliation, cutover and hypercare support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP payroll/SuccessFactors with hands-on ECP delivery.
• Multiple end-to-end ECP implementations at enterprise scale.
• Multi-country payroll deployments across Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design, implementation and operational enablement of ECP solutions across geographies.
• Oversee Payroll Control Center, data replication, payroll reconciliation, cutover and hypercare support.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support across multiple locations.
