Job summary

Tekskills seeks a skilled SAP SuccessFactors PMGM & Succession Consultant with hands-on implementation and configuration experience across Performance Management, Succession, and Development modules.

You will design performance forms, goal plans, calibration sessions, and succession models; build competency frameworks and talent pools; and collaborate with business stakeholders to align HR processes with system capabilities while providing ongoing support and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 end-to-end PMGM implementation including Succession & Development
• Strong understanding of performance cycles, talent review, and succession planning
• Hands-on configuration across full functionalities
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
