Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HR consultant to lead consulting engagements, map SF functionalities to HR processes across countries, and design, test, and document solutions. The role requires active SF certifications and a strong understanding of upgrade management and data conversion.

You will guide teams, review proposals, and manage change initiatives, while aligning with Infosys delivery standards to drive successful digital transformation initiatives for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR.
• Active certification in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central/Learning Management/Recruiting/Onboarding/Compensation/Performance & Goal Management/Succession and Planning).
• Experience mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes for multiple countries (US/UK/Australia).
• Ability to prepare requirements, design, test, documents, and solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement to provide high-quality consulting solutions across problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Review consultant proposals, provide guidance, and analyze client solutions for risks and issues.
• Identify Change Management requirements and propose structured client approaches using multiple communication channels.
• Coach teams, provide trainings, and recognize high performance to drive delivery excellence.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives delivering value-adding consulting within Infosys processes.

• Must have Bachelor's or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 9 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management
• Should have active certification in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/ Learning Management/ Recruiting/ Onboarding/ Compensation/ Performance & Goal Management /Succession and Planning
• Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia etc.
• Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solution
• Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team
• Must be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in SuccessFactors

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.
