Job summary

Infosys Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst to lead global HCM projects, focusing on Employee Central Payroll and US payroll implementations. Translate business requirements into configuration and guide client deployments.

The role requires 12+ years in IT with 8+ in consulting, deep knowledge of SF modules, hands-on data models and XML, plus strong proposal and solution-design capabilities. Opportunity to drive digital transformation for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of information technology experience with 8 years in consulting in SuccessFactors/HCM.
• Experience in implementing US Payroll with good understanding of local and global payroll regulations.
• Must be certified in Employee Central Payroll and at least 2 full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or similar role with deep SAP SF module knowledge.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
• Expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and migrating to SAP HCM Cloud.
• Translate requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management in line with best practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of data models and XML.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, diagnose issues, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment for client delight.
• Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and contributing inputs to solution design.
• Plan configuration activities, configure products per design, conduct conference room pilots and resolve requirements and design queries.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with high-quality, value-adding solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills and be a team player.
• Configure systems per the Solution Design and Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
• Translate and upload translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
• Prepare and execute test cases/scripts; maintain agility to acquire new competencies.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and integration activities across SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP custom interfaces and reports.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
