Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and MBA in HR with 0–2 years of SAP HR products experience.
• Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation or Performance & Goal Management.
• Experience mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes across countries (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Ability to prepare requirements, design and test documents, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and deployment.
• Explore alternatives, build POCs, and contribute to solution design based on research and vendor evaluation.
• Capture requirement specifications, define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Support configuring SF product solutions, diagnose issues, and shortlist viable alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, ensuring high-quality value for customers.
• Coordinate with clients and SF cloud team during quarterly upgrades and releases.
