Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• 3–4 end-to-end SAP Basis implementations/migrations and upgrades.
• Lead SAP Basis technical expertise in solution development and implementation.
• Communicate tech plans and pros/cons to business and tech stakeholders.
• Design and implement SAP landscapes, capacity planning, HA/DR, backups, storage.
• Subject matter expert for architectural frameworks and SAP suite (S/4 HANA, Solution Manager).
• Willing to work in a 24x7 extended hours support environment.

• Lead engagement from problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.
• Review proposals, provide guidance and analyze client solutions for risks.
• Identify change management needs and propose structured client approaches.

• Responsible for providing SAP Basis technical expertise and leadership in development & implementation of SAP solutions.
• Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both business and technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
• Hands on experience in Designing & Implementing Landscape, Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, Solutioning and Basis Administration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert & focal point for architectural frameworks.
• Well versed with the entire business suite of SAP, S/4 HANA, HANA Administration, Solution Manager, Other SAP & 3rd party tools.
• Willing to work in 24x7 and extended hours support environment
