Job summary

Infosys Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned SAP SD/ O2C consultant to lead high-quality engagement delivery, from problem definition to deployment. You will review proposals, guide solutions, and analyze client business problems to identify risks and opportunities.

You will identify change management needs and propose structured approaches, coach teams, and share domain expertise, helping clients navigate digital transformation across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SD modules and end-to-end O2C processes.
• Certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales is preferred.
• Exposure to CPQ, CRM/C4C, or BRIM is desirable.
• Knowledge of Global Trade and export/import compliance is important.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

• Exposure to SAP SD in CPQ, SAP CRM/C4C, or SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of Global Trade, Serial/Batch management, and Export/Import compliance.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales.
  

• End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C): inquiry → quotation → sales order → delivery → PGI → billing → credit management.
• Configuration in: sales areas, document types/item categories/schedule lines, copy controls, partner determination, output determination.
• Exposure to SAP SD in CPQ, SAP CRM/C4C, or SAP BRIM.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.
