Job summary

Infosys in Pune is actively hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. The role focuses on delivering high-quality consulting solutions across problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development and deployment within HR processes. You will review client proposals, assess risks, and guide change management and client communications.

You will also coach teams, provide SME training, and lead initiatives aligning SF functionalities with client HR operations across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR.
• Should have active certification in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, Succession and Planning.
• Experience mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes across countries such as US, UK, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts delivering high-quality SAP SuccessFactors consulting solutions from problem definition to deployment.
• Review proposals prepared by consultants and analyze client solutions for risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach for client communication.
• Coach and mentor team members, provide SME training, and drive initiatives to deliver value to clients.
