Premier Global IT & Digital Transformation MNC is seeking an SAP Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to configure annual merit cycles and incentive modeling within SuccessFactors. The role covers template setup, budgeting, merit matrices, and profile publishing.

Responsibilities include validating sizing, testing, and supporting the annual compensation rollout while ensuring accurate currency handling and rule compliance across plans.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience with at least 2 full compensation cycle implementations in SuccessFactors.
• Strong grasp of compensation formulas, currency conversion, and eligibility rules.
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, MCA, Commerce, MBA, or Certified SAP Training.
