Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality results for UK clients within project deadlines.
• Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions.
• Manage ticket escalations and provide effective client communication.
• Ensure governance adherence per client policy for BAU incidents, service requests, and change/enhancement requests.
• Plan, demonstrate, and support SuccessFactors releases with business partners and the PS systems team.
• Support growing SF landscape, coordinating instance refresh with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll).
• Stay up-to-date with SAP SF releases/enhancements and pursue Joule/AI functionalities.
• Mentor peers within the offshore team and demonstrate strong stakeholder management.

• Mandatory: Implementation experience with SAP SF and willingness to work UK shift

Role: Senior SF Consultant with excellent verbal, written English and confident delivery when communicating.

Skills & Certification

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding; active Employee Central certification required; Recruiting and Onboarding preferred.
• Experience managing client SF landscape, presenting delta releases, and handling system refresh & post‑refresh activities.
• Senior resource experience within an offshore dedicated team serving a UK‑owned/managed service.
• Knowledge/certification in other SF modules such as Performance Management.
• Knowledge of AskHR.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP BTP, and their integration.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, S/4 HANA, CPI integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work within an offshore SF Team to deliver high‑quality results for our UK client within BAU and project deadlines.
• Gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement solutions using SAP best practice.
• Contribute accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports to the client.
• Manage ticket escalations: root‑cause analysis, provide solutions/workarounds, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Ensure governance adherence per client policy for BAU incidents, service requests, and change/enhancement requests.
• Plan, demonstrate, and support SuccessFactors half‑yearly releases with business partners and the PS systems team.
• Support the growing SuccessFactors landscape, including instance refresh coordination with Working Environment Group and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Payroll).
• Stay up‑to‑date with SAP SF releases/enhancements and pursue new functionalities such as Joule/AI.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and mentor peers within the offshore team.
