Job summary

Ztek Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll expert to lead multiple SAP SF EC/ECP implementations from Hyderabad. The role focuses on requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment while coordinating with stakeholders across global teams.

The candidate should have 3+ SF implementations as a lead/functional consultant, solid HR IT background, and strong communication abilities to drive successful HR IT outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in a lead/functional consulting role.
• Strong understanding of the unified SuccessFactors suite and its touchpoints with other SF modules.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, UAT, training and deployment.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/EC/ECP implementations and provide ongoing support.
• Gather business requirements and map to SF configuration and enhancements.
• Perform design, testing, training, and deployment activities across modules.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and coordinate project deliverables.
