EY in Pune is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals consultant to contribute to global end-to-end implementations for multinational clients, including Americas, Australia, UK, and Europe. The role requires 3–8 years of SF Performance Goals focus and SF Certification.

You will own and drive the complete SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management lifecycle, including configurations, testing, and go-live, with emphasis on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• 3–8 years of experience focused on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals.
• End-to-end implementation experience for SF modules.
• Certification in SF Performance and Goal Management is required/desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End implementation of SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management.
• Implement Goal Management including Goal Execution and Status.
• Configure PM V12 Acceleration Form for Performance Management.
• Implement extended module Calibration.
• Configure Role Based Permissions.
• Create Ad-Hoc Reports per client requirements.
• Experience in Pre-sales and client demonstrations for SuccessFactors is advantageous.

The Opportunity

The role of an SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals consultant is to contribute towards end-to-end implementations for clients from all around the world especially the Americas, Australia, UK European countries. Key expectations for this role are to provide high quality results to these multinational teams, often to a tight deadline. The ideal candidate with 3-8 years of experience specifically focused on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals. Certification is required.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of Success Factors Performance and Goal Management module from requirement gathering, workbook preparation, configurations, Iterations, User Acceptance Testing, Production and Go-live
• Implemented complete Goal Management including Goal Execution and Goal Status
• Configured PM V12 Acceleration Form for Performance Management
• Implemented extended module Calibration
• Configured client specific Rating Scales and Route Maps(Work Flows)
• Capable of suggesting work around for system limitations in Performance Management module
• Familiar with updating Competencies/WACA, mass upload of goal library families-roles-
• Configured Role Based Permissions
• Created Ad-Hoc Reports as per client requirements
• Certification in SF Performance and Goal Management mastery is desirable.
• Experience in Pre-sales and Client Demonstrations for Success Factors product will be an added advantage

Basic Qualification

• BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 8 years.

Eligibility

• Candidate must have done at least two End to End implementation.
• Certified in Intro to Mastery/SF HCM Academy
