Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep HRIS module expertise in Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Payroll.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
