Job summary

Rolling Arrays in India seeks an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules, manage complex client engagements, and mentor junior team members. The role informs small project teams and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.
• Strong communication, leadership and client management skills.

Role Summary:

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
