Job summary

Radiansys Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong EC Time Off expertise for Pan India hybrid work arrangements. The candidate should have 7+ years of hands-on experience and mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time Off certifications.

Immediate joiner preferred. The role involves leading or supporting end-to-end configuration, integrating Employee Central with Payroll, and collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Hands-on experience in EC Time Off / Time Management.
• Implementation and configuration experience is mandatory.
• SAP Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central + EC Time Off certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration.
• Exposure to middleware/integration technologies such as SAP BTP.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, wage types, schemas, PCRs and payroll control records.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and support EC Time Off and related Time Management processes.
• Gather business requirements and design appropriate SuccessFactors solutions.
• Manage integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Support payroll-related activities and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Participate in testing, documentation, upgrades, enhancements and user training.
• Work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Conduct workshops and clearly articulate functional solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants where required.
