Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off Consultant to design and implement Time Off solutions within SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for configuring leave and absence management processes, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that integrations with other SAP modules are seamless.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leave management requirements and compliance with local labor laws, providing ongoing production support and troubleshooting issues.

The role involves configuring leave and absence management processes, working with business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module based on business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document leave management requirements
• Configure:
  • Time Profiles
  • Work Schedules
  • Holiday Calendars
  • Absence Types & Accrual rules
  • Time Accounts & Account Types
  • Period-End Processing rules
• Define and manage business rules for accruals, validations, and workflows
• Support integrations with Employee Central, Payroll, and Third-party systems
• Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and leave policies
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
