Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior SAP FSCM consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and S/4HANA transformations across Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Biller Direct. You will collaborate with Finance, AR, Sales and IT to optimize O2C processes, drive workshops, and guide delivery in a global, client-facing setting.

The role requires 9-18 years in SAP consulting with 6+ years in FSCM, plus hands-on SAP FI-AR knowledge and a track record of successful ECC/S4

Qualifications

• 9-18 years of SAP consulting experience with 6+ years specialized in SAP FSCM and SAP FI-AR
• Strong hands-on experience in Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Biller Direct, FSCM integration with SAP FI/SD
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills in global delivery environments
• SAP FSCM and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred, with exposure to Agile and project management methodologies

Your Role

Your Profile

• 9-18 years of SAP consulting experience with 6+ years of specialized expertise in SAP FSCM and SAP FI-AR.
• Strong hands-on experience in Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Biller Direct, and FSCM integration with SAP FI/SD.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
