Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management consultant to lead and support SM implementations and enhancements. You will analyze requirements, map processes, and configure service orders, contracts and notifications for large global clients.

The role involves coordinating with ABAP teams, performing testing, training, data migration validation, and providing production support. Prior multi-location experience, including US shifts, is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on S/4HANA SM expertise.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) implementations and enhancements.

Resource Planning Billing & Invoicing

• Integrate SAP SM with: Sales & Distribution (SD) Materials Management (MM) Finance (FI)

Project Systems (PS), where applicable

• Perform system testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specification documents and collaborate with technical ABAP teams.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Support data migration validation and cutover activities.
• Deliver end-user training and create training documentation.
• Participate in workshops, design discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Service Management (SM).
• Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of: Service Orders, In-house Repair, Customer Service Processing, Contracts & Warranties, Billing Integration

• Solid understanding of service business processes..
• Good understanding of S/4HANA simplifications and Fiori apps related to Service.
• Ability to independently manage design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills.
• Experience working with global clients in US shifts is a plus.
