Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP Service Management (SM) processes.
• Manage end-to-end processes: service notifications, service orders, repairs, warranties, service contracts, and service billing.
• Configure and support service order types, notification types, status profiles, partner determination, pricing, and billing processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution.
• Handle change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and forms.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, and other functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support integration of SAP SM with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM/CS and CRM.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT support.
• Support master data and transactional data-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, functional documentation, configuration documents and knowledge-transfer documents.
• Participate in incident, problem and change management processes within agreed SLAs.
• Work directly with business users to understand issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
