Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP projects including ERP implementations and S/4HANA conversions.

You will manage on-site and offshore teams, drive Go-Live activities, and ensure long-term SAP support improvements through strong change management and business process alignment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of SAP experience with at least 4 years as a SAP Project Manager.
• Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations or S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience leading on-site and offshore teams and Go-Live support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architectures, modules, and change management.

Job description

Overall 12+ years of experience in SAP, with atleast 4 yrs exp as Project Manager in the SAP projects.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale ERP implementation or S/4HANA conversion projects.
At least 1 successful SAP full cycle implementations as project manager managing on-site und offshore teams.
Experience with SAP environments and understanding of S/4HANA architecture and modules.
At least 1 project as post Go Live management experience having driven long term improvements in SAP support.
Experience in working with location business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes, roadmap definitions, fit-gap analysis, and change management.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
