Job summary

Tech Mahindra in India seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades and migrations, while ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.

You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate with stakeholders, SAP teams and vendors, monitor scope, schedule and risks, and support UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP projects across implementations and upgrades.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA architecture and modules.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Activate are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects including implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration and support.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP teams and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues; govern project delivery.
• Support UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP project management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP/PRINCE2/SAP Activate certification is preferred.
