Job summary

Mindsprint is seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives across core modules (FICO / MM / PP QM / SD). You will drive project scoping, planning, budgets, and timelines while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAP Activate/Agile/Waterfall, and PMP or SAP Activate certification is mandatory. Banking on your leadership, you will guide BAU support, training, and change management to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years in any SAP functional module (FICO / MM / SD / PP / QM)
• Strong project management experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements
• Understanding of cross-module integration (SD, FICO, MM, PP)
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
• PMP or SAP Activate certification is mandatory

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1015 years of SAP experience
• Minimum 5+ years in any SAP functional module (FICO / MM / SD / PP / QM)
• Strong experience in SAP project management (implementation, rollout, support)
• Understanding of cross-module integration (SD, FICO, MM, PP, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive business transformation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• PMP or SAP Activate certification (mandatory)
• SAP functional certification (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP BTP
• Industry experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Pharma
